This is a great mid-priced foam cannon with some must have features you will not find on others at this price level.
The nickel plated brass head looks great and will eliminate corrosion.
The HDPE bottle is heavy duty and still translucent.
No crazy colors, just simple black adjustment components.
Silicon draw tube with weighted ball allows for complete soap pick up at all angles.
At this price you can get multiple cannons, I have three, and be very efficient with your wash process.
Fill one with Touchless Step 1, another with Touchless Step 2, and the last with the Platnium Wash soap and you are ready to go.
After using, I now recommend an additional one for use with their Foaming APC as a dedicated wheel and tire cleaner which can be left full strength in the bottle further streamlining your process.
I was pleasantly surprised at this cannons foaming ability in combination with their Platnium wash soap.

This product is perfect for removing iron particles from your clear coat and paint in a non-abrasive manner.
Also perfect for removing mettalic brake dust.
A must have before your clay bar step to avoid clogging of the clay and subsequent scratching of the surface.
If will be performing a full paint correction, which includes machine polishing, this is again a must have to
avoid getting iron particles embedded into your polishing pad and causing further marring of the surface your are attempting to correct.
Image Wash Iron Remover comes as a straight concentrate that is more powerful than most on the market. It is also dilutable if so desired.
Simply spray on wheels and painted surfaces and let dwell for a few minutes letting the chemical do the work.
Do not let it dry on the surface, and do not use on a hot surface. Then pressure wash it off. Repeate if needed.
It has a cherry citrus scent but still smells potent as all iron removers do.
It worked really well and I could not believe how quick the surface of my wheels turned purple showing its effictivness.

Review
I absolutely love this APC product because it is highly foamable when used in a foam cannon producing thick, clinging foam
that makes cleaning wheels, tires, and wheel wells a breeze.
I recommend reserving a dedicated foam cannon for this product and fill it with 1200ml of product at full strength,
letting the cannon handle the dilution (1:10 in this case), and you will get about eight washes per fill increasing efficency and convienence.
This product when purchased by the gallon is highly concentrated making its use very cost efficient.
For extreme jobs, such as engine bays, try it at a 50/50 dilution ratio.
Though Image Wash says it is safe to use at full strength on carpet and upholstery even delicate plastic and vinyl,
I would dilute this down as it will still be very effective. Try 1:10 or even 1:20 for light cleaning jobs.
It's Biodegradable and does not contain caustics, acids or petroleum. So you can even use it on the vehcile body for heavy road film removal, etc.

Specialized formula dissolves bug splatter and organic residues.
Safe for paint, clear coats, and plastic trim.
Fast-acting alkaline solution reduces scrubbing.
Available in 16oz and 32oz spray bottles and 1/4/5 gallon jugs.
Non-toxic and biodegradable.
Does not contain phosphates, silicates, or APE/NPE/OPE surfactants, petroleum solvents.
Hard water tolerant.
Easy to use: simply spray it on and pressure wash off.
Benefits
Quickly removes stubborn bug residues without damaging surfaces.
Reduces risk of etching on paint from prolonged bug exposure.
Convenient 16oz spray option for frequent travelers.

Not something I use during every maintenance wash, but a really great product to have on hand when needed.
I use it in particular after returning from longer road trips.
You do not want to scrub bug guts off the vehicle for risk of introducing marring and swirl marks into your clear coat and paint.
This product is formulated with premium detergents and gentle solvents to effectively loosen and remove gunk, grime, bug splatter, bird droppings, and other contaminants.
It safely degrades proteins in bug residues using a non-caustic, surface-friendly approach, avoiding harsh chemicals.
Don't use this in a foam cannon as you do not want to further dilute the product.
I was very impressed with the Image Wash Bug Remover product.
After parking my car under a maple tree for a day on a recent road trip, it was coated in sticky, rock-hard tree sap.
As a detailing enthusiast who only hand washes, and never once used an automatic car washes on this vehicle in 18 years,
I waited a few days to tackle it at home. I sprayed the Bug Remover across the front end, letting it dwell.
To my surprise, it effortlessly dissolved not only the bugs without any scrubbing but also every bit of the hardened sap.
This stuff will now be part of my go forward process for sure.

This is their flagship product and is what drew me to explore Image Wash Products exceptional lineup of products.
For myself and most automotive enthusiasts following this website, you will find that this is not needed for every maintenance wash.
But for specific scenarios requiring extra cleaning power beyond a standard pH-neutral car wash shampoo, this is exactly what is needed.
I use this touchless method of washing for post-road trip cleaning, especially after long drives or during winter months when road salt and grime accumulate.
Us Toyota enthuiasts all know that road salt and the eventual outcome of rust, can be a sure way of deteriorating our otherwise bulletproof vehicles.
This product is also a go-to choice after off-roading adventures, where mud, dirt, and debris cling to your vehicle.
By using these as a pre-wash, you can effectively remove the majority of contaminants such as salt, road film, and organic residues without
physical agitation, significantly reducing the risk of marring or introducing swirl marks to your paint during the contact wash phase.
I use this product as a perfect way to clean the underbody areas which is a must for maintaining the vehicle after encountering these conditions.
You will need to load two seperate foam cannons and have them both ready to go since you need to layer Step 2 over Step 1 within one minute.
Their website describes two dilution scenarios which I will eloborate on.
In the direction section of their website, they say simply to dilute in foam cannon - 1 part soap to 1 parts water (50% chemical | 50% water).
This is the maximum dilution scenario which will provide up to 95% cleaning ability.
In their cost breakdown section they specify that 1 gallon of product fills 12.5 foam cannons.
There are 3,785.41 ml in a gallon and dividing that by 12.5 gives us approximately 300ml of product in each of 12.5 foam cannons.
This would indicate a 1:3 dilution ratio (300ml product and 900ml water in their 1200ml foam cannon).
Furthermore they go on to mention that most passenger sized vehicles will use about 1/4 of a foam cannon for a single wash.
This second dilution scenario is what I would recommend for being the most optimal balance between cost efficiency and adequate
cleaning performance. With this 1:3 dilution ratio, one can expect up to 90% cleaning ability and for my purpose is more than adequate
as I will almost always be following it up with a bucket hand wash using their pH neutral soap.
Getting deeper into the cost analysis, when they say that "1 gallon fills 12.5 foam cannons", they mean that one gallon each of
Touchless 1 and 2 will fill a set of two foam cannons 12.5 times providing a total of 50 (12.5*4) Touchless washes for a standard
passenger sized vehicle.
Taking their information on dilution into account, it would suggest you fill each 1200ml foam cannon with 1 part chemical (300ml) and
3 parts water (900ml) and since that will wash four vehicles, you can divide that by 4 and only load the cannon with the amount of product to
do a single wash process. This will avoid storing product in the cannon whereas the chemical would have time to interacting with the minerals
in your water degrading the product. This will also allow you to run clear water thru the cannon after the wash process to clean out the
foam generating filter prolonging the life of your equipment.
This would indicate loading each cannon with 75ml chemical and 225ml water for a single wash of a mid-sized SUV's body.
If you utilize this dilution method you will find the cost to be $2.20 per Touchless wash which is exactly what their website describes.
$110 total cost. $55 ea. gallon for Touchless 1 and 2
$2.20 = $110/50 washes
I did further testing and analysis on their foam cannon to calculate the precise dilution ratio to accomodate my specific process.
I like to use a 2.0% panel impact ratio (PIR) for Touchless washing and a 0.5% PIR for more regular pH neutral washing.
To calculate how much soap product to put into the cannon vs. water to meet these PIR ratios, I did the following.
First I filled the cannon with 1,000ml of water only and sprayed that into a bucket to measure the total output.
The Image Wash Products foam cannon ran for 1'39" at 1100 PSI and discharged 11,000ml. This indicated that the foam cannon
was diluting at a 1:10 ratio (1 part product/chemical and 10 parts water).
I anticipate that I can foam the entire vehicle and underbody with one coat of Touchless product using 400ml total in each cannon.
For a 2% PIR using the Image Wash Foam Cannon, this would be precisely 88ml Touchless and 312ml water.
So to include the underbody and wheelwells in the touchless wash process and using my 2% PIR dilution ratio
the resulting pricing would be...
$110 total cost. $55 ea. gallon for Touchless 1 and 2
$2.56 = $110/3785ml * 88ml
To dive deeper into the full details of how I calculate the Panel Impact Ratio (PIR), check out my
Foam Cannon Spreadsheet!
This tool lets you input your desired cannon load volume, and it automatically calculates the soap and water amounts.
For instance, if you’re planning a touchless wash covering the body, underbody, and wheels/tires, and estimate a 550ml total load,
the spreadsheet will suggest 121ml of product and 429ml of water.
You can also adjust the PIR percentages as well to suit your needs. For example, lets say you want a 1.75% PIR with a 500ml total cannon volume
for your vehicle’s size and dirt level. It’ll output 96ml of product and 404ml of water. Perfect for customizing your wash!
Be sure to calculate your cannon’s native dilution rate, as factors like incoming water pressure, electrical amperage, and your
pressure washer's specs all affect your foam cannon's native dilution rate and resulting soap to water mix.
The process for a touchless wash is to first foam Touchless 1 onto your vehicle,
then immediatly layer Touchless 2 over the top of Touchless 1 which shocks and neutralizes part 1.
Then proceed to pressure wash the combined product off, using a 40 degree tip, starting from the bottom up, in order to minimize further product dilution while rinsing.
Try to keep the pressure washer nozzle at a 90 degree angle to the surface for the most effective wash/rinse outcome.
If you are wondering how it is possible to have only 300-400ml of total product+water in the cannon as opposed to a more normal 800-1000ml
foam cannon load for a traditional snow foam wash, this is beacuse you are supposed to move around the vehicle quickly and only coat it lightly (albeit evenly and completely) with touchless product
rather than a how you typically layer on heavily a traditional pH neutral snow foam since you will be performing a contact wash thereafter and require the
extra lubricity.
The outcome of this Touchless wash process isn’t designed to fully replace contact washing with a sponge or mitt;
instead, it aims to eliminate approximately 90% of dirt and grime, greatly minimizing scratches during your final hand-wash step.
Equally vital, this method excels at clearing contaminants from the underbody and hard-to-reach areas where traditional contact washing
falls short. Plus, many will appreciate this as a fast, simple solution for cleaning lightly to moderately dirty
vehicles, potentially skipping the contact wash altogether, allowing you to stretch the intervals between full bucket washes.
The product performed as advertised for me and I was quite satisfied. I did not find any noticable dirt accumulation on the vehicle after using
this wash method. For us enthuiasts, we are still going to follow up with a proper contact hand wash, but this step, done on an as needed basis,
will considerably reduce the dirt and grime that would have been present when contact washing, thereby reducing any potential marring of the surface.

This is their basic pH neutral detailer grade soap, great for foam cannon use as well as the bucket contact wash process.
Perfect for maintenance washes in which you do not want or need any additional protection or wax additives.
The high lubricity formula helps prevent any micro-scratches during washing.
Described as a highly concentrated soap engineered specifically for thick suds,
Platinum Wash is formulated to produce a highly lubricated surface, minimizing scratches and enhancing gloss.
Its design focuses on foam cannon compatibility and maximum foam output, likely with a higher concentration of surfactants
optimized for aeration and cling.
Image Wash Products suggests that for foam cannon use, to pre-dilute it down to 10:1 which is 109ml/3.6oz of concentrate in their 1200ml/40oz
foam cannon or 91ml/2.9oz in a traditional 1000ml/32oz foam cannon fill.
Like I explained in the above section, I did further testing on their foam cannon to calculate the precise dilution ratio to accomodate my specific process.
I like to use a 0.5% panel impact ratio (PRI) for pH neutral contact washing.
To calculate how much soap product to put into the cannon vs. water, I did the following.
First I filled the cannon with 1000ml water only and sprayed that into a bucket to measure the total output.
The Image Wash Products foam cannon ran for 1'39" at 1100 PSI and discharged 11,000ml. This indicated that the foam cannon
was diluting at a 1:10 ratio (1 part product/chemical and 10 parts water).
I typically foam the entire vehicle with about three passes of product using 1000ml total in the cannon.
For a 0.5% PIR using the Image Wash Foam Cannon, this would be precisely 55ml (close to 2oz) product and 945ml water.
Platnium Wash produced incredible levels of foam when I used it with the Image Wash Products foam cannon.
Features
Hybrid formula combines cleaning with wax protection.
pH-neutral for compatibility with existing coatings.

This is their detailer grade premium formula concentrated soap infused with carnauba wax,
again great for foam cannon use as well as the bucket contact wash process.
It not only cleans but provides an additional protective layer.

My recommendation is for a 0.5% PIR using the Image Wash Foam Cannon, this would be precisely 55ml (close to 2oz) product and 945ml water.
The inclusion of wax in the Image Wash Wash & Wax shampoo prioritizes shine and protection over maximum foam production.
These additives can reduce sudsing because waxes are hydrophobic and may interfere with the surfactants responsible for creating thick foam.
Compared to the Platinum Wash, the foam is noticeably less dense, but again that is not its purpose.
If you want to put on a foam party show for your looky-loo neighbors, go with the Platnium Wash.
But if you want that added extra gloss and and protective boost in your maintenance wash process, try this.
I found it performed impressively, leaving my vehicle beading water as good as ever.
I do not expect to use this every wash, but probably more like once a month.
Features
Spray-on formula for quick shine enhancement.
Contains synthetic polymers for gloss and slickness.
Safe for all exterior surfaces, including coatings.
Removes light dust and fingerprints.
Available in 16oz and 32oz spray bottles.
Benefits
Quickly restores a showroom shine between washes.
Enhances water repellency and surface slickness.
Safe for use on ceramic coatings and sealants.
Ideal for car shows or quick touch-ups between washes.
Easy spray-and-wipe application saves time.

I like to use a quick detailer product (QD) after every wash as a drying aid to assist with removing the last bit of water off the vehcile
even after using the leaf blower to remove the bulk of it. You want to remove the water to eliminate water spotting, and using this product
adds lubricity to your towel minimizing swirling. Additionally , it produces a very slick and super reflective surface.
The company says it can also be used as a clay bar lubricant.
Simply apply product directly onto surface if it is cool out and not in direct sun, otherwise mist onto a clean microfiber towel,
and gently spread over the vehicle surface. Once applied, use the dry microfiber side and buff out any excess.
This will extends vehicle protection by bonding to the surface.
I found NO streaking left behind even though I was using it in drirect sun on a hot day.
I especially looked for streaking on the glass and found none.
Features
Multi-surface cleaner for interior plastics, vinyl, and leather.
Leaves a non-greasy, light gloss finish.
Safe for delicate surfaces.
Available in 16oz and 32oz spray bottles and 1 gallon jugs.

Image Wash Products says this Interior Detailer removes light soils and dirt while also providing a layer of protection to
leather, rubber, vinyl, and plastics. It leaves surfaces looking factory clean with a light gloss.
The finish is non-greasy and can be diluted with water if a matte finish is desired.
They also say this can be used as a matte finish tire dressing, which I wanted to test out.
I found this a joy to use when used full strength as a tire dressing after cleaning the wheels and tires with the Image Wash foaming APC.
It had a low viscosity and went on easily as compared to other thicker tire dressing products I have used in the past.
This made it easy to get into my Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac A/T Tires
thick side lugs. It went on evenly and did not leave any splotchiness. It was shinier than a matte finish even after soaking in overnight.
You can use a microfiber towel to buff the shine level down, or dilute the product before using.

Image Wash Products offers a complete line of products for the automotive detailing enthusiast.
Everything arrived packaged well with no leaks at all. They ship the spray bottles with the spray nozzle seperate facilitating safe transit.
I especially like their two part touchless soap which when used in their foam cannons, provides a safe and more effective wash solution over a traditional pH neutral only wash.
This is a must for efficient and effective under carriage cleaning.
The iron remover and foaming degreaser (APC) make for quick work cleaning dirty wheels, and can be used when needed on the
body for complete decontamination in advance of polishing or waxing.
The foaming APC worked wonders on the tires, I would highly recommend it just for that alone.
I was most amazed with their Bug Remover product which not only removed bug residue without scrubbing,
but completely removed tree sap from my vehicle that was so bad I though I was going to need to do a full machine polish session to remove.
Their line of products are priced competively and are budget friendly when purchased in gallon sized containers.
Be sure to get their 16oz spray bottles for convienent use and a coordinated look on your shelving,
but refill them from their respective gallon sized containers for the lowest cost per use.
Please watch the Youtube video below for my entire end to end wash process using the full line of Image Wash Products.
