Maintenance Tips
Rinse with clean water after use to avoid clogs from soap residue.
Let air dry with the cap off before reassembling for storage and store in a cool, dry place.
Handle the plastic bottle carefully to prevent breakage, as clear bottles are known to be more brittle than opaque HDPE types.
Note on Dilution Ratios
I always test my foam cannons' output to dial in the perfect soap to water mix for my vehicles wash routine.
I aim for a 2.0% panel impact ratio (PIR) on touchless washes and drop it to 0.5% for standard pH-neutral ones.
PIR is the final soap concentration hitting the vehicle surface after cannon dilution.
This testing also allows me to be consistent across foam cannon reviews.
If I simply put the manufacturer recommended amount of soap product in each foam cannon, that would not give the same PIR since every cannon
will draw solution at different rates. But calculating a cannon’s native dilution rate allows me to adjust soap levels
to obtain the same consistent PIR (I use 0.5%) across tests.
To find a cannon’s native dilution rate, I fill it with 1,000ml of water, spray into a bucket, and measure the total output.

This tool lets you input your desired cannon load volume, and it automatically calculates the soap and water amounts.
For instance, if you’re planning a 0.5% PIR pH neutral wash with this cannon and start with a 1000ml total cannon load,
the spreadsheet will suggest 58ml of product and 943ml of water.
You can also adjust the PIR percentages as well to suit your needs. For example, lets say you want a 1.75% PIR with a 500ml total cannon volume
for your vehicle’s size and dirt level. It’ll output 101ml of product and 399ml of water. Perfect for customizing your wash!
Be sure to calculate your cannon’s native dilution rate, as factors like incoming water pressure, electrical amperage, and your
pressure washer's specs all affect your foam cannon's native dilution rate and resulting soap to water mix.
Review
Overall I really like this cannon which falls into our mid-range pricing category, priced at $40.
Most importantly it produced most excellent foam thickness. The fully transparent plastics used in this cannon give it a nice look.
The adjustable nozzle for customizable spray pattern is very stiff which is a benefit so it does not move during operation.
The wide mouth for easy filling and wide base for stability are always a plus.
Dislikes were that the label could not be oriented so that the it faces forward when the cannon is pointing towards either the left or right.
This was remediated by debadging (removing the label). The label did not come off easily and left glue behind that was then removed
using Tar-X.
Also the draw tube, while flexible, does not have enough weight to move around the bottom of the bottle to pick up the soap
mixture down to the last drop.
I purchased this Aftermarket Upgrade Kit which gives you not only a silicone draw tube
with stainless steel weighted filter ball, but also a and a stainless steel 1.1mm orifice which is necessary if you are using a low GPM pressure washer.
This upgrade for only $5 is a cheap way to squeeze out that last bit of extra performance, bringing it close to high end models.
Lastly the bottle measurement markings are not only very hard to read but inaccurate as well. A true 1000ml in the bottle will read 50ml over the
1000ml level indicator.

Review
The AutoManiacs Carpuccino Foam Shampoo is a solid performer for my 4Runner’s weekly washes, delivering thick, clinging snow foam that
rivals pricier soaps. Its thin consistency pours cleanly from the measuring cup into the Brewster Foam Cannon,
with just 58ml (about 2 ounces) producing rich, shaving-cream-like foam that blankets the vehicle. In my wash bucket,
1 ounce mixed with nearly 5 gallons of water cleaned thoroughly without streaks and rinsed off easily, leaving my paint spotless.
Paired with the budget friendly Brewster cannon, it’s a cost-effective combo for a swirl free shine.
I found this to be a very decent snow foam shampoo. It is thin enough so that not much remains in the measuring cup when pouring it into the
foam cannon, and the cup rinsed out easily. One ounce was enough in my wash bucket filled up with almost 5 gallons.
the 58ml I used in the Brewster foam cannon foamed very well and very thick. It cleaned my vehicle thoroughly without streaking
and rinsed off easily.
This came included with a two sided wash mitt. The mitt was an appropriate size and worked fine.
I prefer the side with the Chenille noodle like fiber strands on it over the more smooth side and wish that both were the same.

Review
The AutoManiacs Quencher Microfiber Drying Towel is a game changer for drying my Toyota 4Runner, matching the speed of my leaf blower,
which I usually rely on for 90 percent of the job. This towel is super soft, soaking up every drop of water in just one pass, leaving no
streaks on my mid-sized SUV. Its 24" by 36" size is perfect, easy to handle without dragging on the ground, and it seemed to have enough
absorbency to tackle a second vehicle before needing a wash.
For wheels and tires, I still prefer my leaf blower to avoid getting any left behind iron particles in the towel, and to thouroughly

The Macchiato Tire & Wheel Cleaner did a fantastic job, maybe a little too fantastic.
I prefer a tire cleaner that strips away surface dirt but leaves some of my built up tire shine intact.
This one wiped out everything, which is awesome for a deep clean every once in a while. On my wheels, it really worked well,
cutting through brake dust without any harsh scrubbing needed.
The included brush was great as well, working wonders on my A/T tires with deep side lugs.
The stiff bristles handled that tough job perfectly, but they felt too aggressive for my delicate satin finished wheels,
so I skipped using it there and went with my dedicated wheel mitt instead.

The AutoManiacs Moccha Tire Shine Dressing delivered a high gloss finish that makes my 4Runner’s all-terrain tires pop.
Typically I am more of a matte or satin shine finish type of person, but I can see how many would really like this.
It sprays evenly from the bottle, coating the deep side lugs with ease and working in there quickly. On the smoother sidewall sections
though, it’s felt a bit sticky, requiring extra time to work in with my tire shine applicator for an even and smooth shine.
It is silicone based and unlike water or solvent based dressings that are designed to be absorbed and condition the rubber,
traditional silicone dressings like this one primarily coat the surface with a shiny, water-repellent layer.
As such it can take a bit more work to spread into the tire sidewalls.
But the end result is that high-gloss finish once properly worked in.
Paired with the Macchiato Tire & Wheel Cleaner, it’s provided a show ready tire finish, though I did have to spend a bit more time
on the smooth side wall sections to avoid splotchiness. They say it forms a high density protective film on tire surfaces
providing a superior resistance to water, oil, and contaminants. I will have to monitor it over the long term to see about that.
I believe this is a silicone based type of tire shine dressing.

Review
The AutoManiacs Ameriglano Ceramic Glass Cleaner ultimately delivered a clear finish on my 4Runner’s windows and windshield,
but it takes some elbow grease to get there.
I first tried it in direct sun and hit a snag as haze formed, demanding extra buffing to clear it off.
Switching to a shaded spot changed the game; the product works much better out of the hot sun. Spray it on and wipe in with the
included microfiber towel, then dry and buff thoroughly with a second dry high pile microfiber towel for the best results.
The results show that water does run off quickly and bead well, cutting wiper use significantly during highway rainstorms
It’s a solid choice for glass protection, and only necessary every few washes.

Lightly mist LATTE onto hard surfaces such as the center console, gently brush and lift away dirt.

The AutoManiacs Latte Interior Cleaner worked well in keeping my 4Runner’s interior looking factory fresh.
I used the provided detail brush and it cleaned my dashboard, center console, and door panels with ease, lifting dirt and fingerprints
without any adverse effects. The brush was soft enough to protect delicate panels from scratches yet firm enough to agitate grime effectively.
The product seemed to foam a bit producing a sort of lather which assisted in the cleaning process.
Wiping dry with the included microfiber towel left a clean, matte OEM finish with zero gloss or sticky residue, just how I prefer it.
I especially like the fact that you can use this on LCD screens, which I tried and found that it does not leave any residue behind nor streaking
and did remove fingerprints easily.
I found the scent non intrusive as I do not like my interior products to leave behind any noticeable smell.

The AutoManiacs Frappe Interior Dressing left my my 4Runner’s dashboard and interior surface with a clean, factory fresh look with no added
shine, exactly what I prefer for an OEM style finish. It sprays on easily and spreads with the included microfiber towel,
leaving surfaces somewhat slick to the touch but not greasy or a feeling of residue.
The manufacturer claims it offers UV protection and conditions interior surfaces to prevent fading and cracking, but I’m not convinced
it’s essential since the Latte Interior Cleaner already seems to say it has some similar benefits such as the UV protection.
I would skip this step for quicker maintenance washes.
After further research I have found that there is a fundamental chemical reason why combining the two products doesn't work effectively.
The goal of a cleaner is to remove material using surfactants (soaps) and solvents to break down, lift, and suspend dirt, oils, and grime;
but the goal of a conditioner is to deposit protective materials using oils, emollients, and UV blockers.
Combining them would cause the cleaning agents to strip away the very protectants you're trying to apply, resulting in a product that
neither cleans nor conditions effectively.

The Quencher towel is a game changer, soaking up water in one pass and matching my leaf blower’s speed for a spot free finish.
On the flip side, I found the Frappe Interior Dressing and Ameriglano Ceramic Glass Cleaner less essential.
The Frappe added a slick feel, but the Latte Interior Cleaner already leaves my interior pristine and UV protected, making it feel redundant.
The Ameriglano Ceramic Glass Cleaner demands extra buffing to prevent haze, making it less practical than simpler glass cleaners
or even the Expresso Ceramic Coating Spray for my 4Runner’s windows. Its water beading effect is impressive, shedding water faster than
typical sheeting, which could reduce wiper use. I will need to test it in a rain storm to decide if the effort is worth it, but for quick
washes, I may try the Expresso product which worked great and was streak free.
Still, the kit’s versatility and value make it a solid choice for newbies and enthusiasts alike.
